HALIFAX!

Though this country must clearly have been founded by a maple leaf (considering that the red logo has even been stamped on the bottom of paper cups), Canada was a really great place to start our adventure! We landed in Halifax after a bumpy ride and immediately strapped our cameras on and hit the streets like all good tourists would. The terrain is a lot like Maine which made for a perfect scenic drive to Peggy Cove (which we found to be a real happen' place for senior citizens). We then toured around the little harbor and along the way enjoyed incredible food, met a whole bunch of oddly humane Canadians (seriously- this town must have been featured on a Twilight Zone episode), ate some brilliant food, tore through a farmers market, picked up the terrible accent, and even managed to stay on our feet with the powerfully cold wind blowing ALL the time!

Would we go back for another round of Novia Scotia anytime soon? Why not eh?!
